The All American family-man will be joining the
roster later this month, and will be available to all players. Similarly
to Alex, Guile remain free until the Zenny shop launches. His battle
costume will be free for all Season Pass holders.
Guile has some new moves at his disposal, according to Capcom,
including a crouch-walk state called Fautless Move. This feature will
allow him to keep his charge, while moving forward.
"Guile is a great choice for those of you who are looking for a charge character who can easily control the pace of the match," Capcom said.
His V-Skill, Sonic Blade, will act as a stationary projectile that will apparently modify his Sonic Booms as they pass through it.
His V-Trigger skill, on the other hand, is Solid Puncher. This allows him to throw multiple Sonic Booms, with each button launching them at a different speed.
Finally, his Critical Art is Sonic Hurricane – a modified Sonic Boom that hits multiple times.
Arriving alongside Guile will be a new stage background, Air Force Base. This is Guile’s classic stage from previous games, and it will come in at 70,000 fight money from the Shop. If you own the Season Pass, you’ll get it free.
